On June 20, 2024, the second Zhengzhou-Luxembourg "Air Silk Road" Forum for International Cooperation was held in Luxembourg. Chinese Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Ding noted that China and Luxembourg have achieved remarkable results in the construction of the Air Silk Road, establishing an aerial bridge of connectivity and making it a landmark project of the Belt and Road cooperation. Xavier Bettel, Deputy Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Yuriko Backes, Minister of Mobility and Public Works of Luxembourg, and Wang Kai, Governor of Henan, attended and addressed the forum. Zhao Chenxin, Vice Chairman oftheNational Development and Reform Commission of China, chaired the forum.
